Introduction
At first, people believed that the Worgen were not native to Azeroth. They believed that they have but recently appeared in remote areas where they menace travelers and minor settlements. Inspiration
The worgen behave a strong resemblance to the "Myrkridia" from Bungie's Myth Ii: Soulblighter (a contemporary of Warcraft I and Two), especially the idea of them being from some other dimension.
